Mobile Shelving Servicing

We service and repair most manufacturers’ mobiles, including electric and manually operated, all our inspections and any subsequent repairs are carried out by competent engineers.

We can offer a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annual service to suit your requirements and environment.

Once our engineer has inspected your mobile system a report will be produced highlighting any remedial work if required, any minor works are carried out as part of the service.

Our comprehensive service includes the following:

• Clean tracks thoroughly to remove any debris.
• Remove the lowest shelf an all bays, inspect and clean all running wheels.
• Check shafts and couplings and tighten fixings as necessary.
• Check gearboxes, highlighting if they need replacing.
• Replace lower shelf.
• Remove upstand covers where applicable.
• Check chains for correct tension and wear adjust and replace as required.
• Check sprockets and operating wheels for wear.
• Check locks and friction devices for wear and correct operation.
• Replace upstand covers where applicable.
• Inspect racking/shelving for damage and tighten all loose fixings.
• Check shelving for overloading and any obstructions in the gangways.
